Tonights Meal

This is made from leftover pressure cooked brown rice added to quickly stir fried onions, scallion, ginger, garlic and chicken. UHMMM! Seasonings are Tamari (wheat free) soy sauce and toasted sesame oil for a Southeast Asian flavor.

Of course you can add shrimp or your favorite vegetable based protein like cooked beans (pinto, chickpea, etc.,) prepared tofu, seitan, walnuts or even go with out additional protein for a strictly vegetable rice stir fry
